When the world says, "Give up,"
Hope whispers, "Try it one more time."

A group of parents in Harford County, Maryland were all brought together through a common bond - their children with hearing loss. Each family was very unique from the other, but all wanted the best for their children. Together, they realized they were stronger and made a stand for their children.
We continue to work together and with the school system to make our children's future brighter. We are a support group, helping parents and educational professionals provide a better education for children who are deaf and hard of hearing. Education is the foundation for future happiness and success in a culture where too many people are quick to judge on appearances. Our differences are what make us fascinating and we must learn to recognize people for their strengths instead of defining them by their differences. When parents and educators focus on strengths while understanding the unique needs of children with hearing loss, great things can happen. Minds expand, smiles broaden, and hearts grow when we all work towards common goals. Helping children is our primary goal. If you want to help in this endeavor, need help, or want to learn more check out our website or send us an email.
